JULIANA NETO ANNOUNCES OPENING OF ART CONSULTANCY

September 18, 2018 – Macau, Hong Kong. Ms. Juliana Christina Neto, renowned art expert and
professional, has announced her resignation from the prestigious Tang Contemporary Art Gallery
in Hong Kong. Ms. Neto who served as the Resident Director for Asian Art at the gallery, resigned
from a position she held for many years, where she brought world class expertise and
professionalism to the execution of her duties in the gallery.
In the same vein, Ms. Neto also announced the opening of her own Art Consultancy Service, set
up to provide direct and preferential access to a curated selection of contemporary art works.
The scholar, who is renowned around the world for her superior knowledge and skill in the area
of contemporary Asian art is now primarily working with CBRE Asia, where she lends her talents
and giftedness to the specialized segments concerned with the leasing for Thai art works for
offices across Asia.
Her new endeavor will also see her providing consultancy services to the newly established
Louvre Museum in Abu Dhabi. The Louvre Museum in Abu Dhabi is expected to defer to Ms.
Neto’s experience and expertise in their acquisition and exhibition of contemporary Thai and
Vietnamese Art.
In a statement released by her office, Ms. Neto said, “This is a big step for me and I’m looking
forward to the exciting opportunities it will bring for me. Contemporary Asian art has always been
my passion for many years, and I’m glad that I can get to share my proficiency on a larger scale
with interested parties around the world. My art consultancy is poised to drive some of the
biggest engagements in that sector as well as collaborate with several big industry names in
showcasing the wonders of this art form with the rest of the world. My recent partnership with
the Louvre Museum in Abu Dhabi is only the beginning of several more opportunities like this,
and one that I expect to open my professional career up to new facets and dimensions where the
art scene is concerned.”

It should be recalled that Ms. Neto was instrumental to the rise of contemporary Asian art at the
Tang Contemporary Art Gallery, elevating it to one of the leading centers of art in South East Asia,
and followers of the Asian art scene can only expect that she will bring the skill and proficiency
she was renowned for to bear in her new ventures.
